RENTAL AGREEMENT TERMS

The renter agrees to use the vehicle lawfully and responsibly, return it at the agreed date/time and location, and remain responsible for charges authorized by the rental agreement, including permitted rental charges, fuel, excess mileage, damage responsibility, cleaning, tolls, tickets, towing, impound costs, late return charges and other amounts properly due under the agreement.

Only authorized drivers may operate the vehicle. The renter must promptly report collisions, damage, theft or police involvement and cooperate with reasonable claim procedures.

This template must be reviewed and approved by the business\\\\\\\'s Ontario lawyer and insurer before production use.
